I thought after being in Colorado 2months I would be used to this already, but I just tried working out again and I felt like my lungs were going to explode! Is there any tricks or exercises to get used to the altitude changes I went from Zero feet "Ocean side" to 7,300' + and it is seriously kicking my butt! Any ideas…
I'm trying to find lactose free shakes or a mix? I can't seem to find any in the stores, any idea where I can get them?
Looking for friends to help me stay motivated. It's been almost a year since my accident and im still recovering and trying to get back to some what normal. On top of that im in the process of moving from NY to CO so everything is super stressful.... 30lbs is the low end of what I want to lose but its taken forever to drop…
So I just found out that I have Carpal Tunnel in my wrist from my accident (totally sucks & still have pain). Question is does anyone work out with this condition? does it hinder your performance at all? I want to get back into strength training again but im now alittle nervous. Thanks
