I thought after being in Colorado 2months I would be used to this already, but I just tried working out again and I felt like my lungs were going to explode!
Is there any tricks or exercises to get used to the altitude changes I went from Zero feet "Ocean side" to 7,300' + and it is seriously kicking my butt!
Any ideas would be great id love to start working out again
P.s I dont get like this walking around the neighborhood, its like theres is not altitude change lol

I'd jump up to 11k' feet for a while, acclimate, and then move back down to 7300'.
Living in Boston so long, I'm basically trash at 6k' ft these days, it's sad.0
