So I just found out that I have Carpal Tunnel in my wrist from my accident (totally sucks & still have pain). Question is does anyone work out with this condition? does it hinder your performance at all? I want to get back into strength training again but im now alittle nervous.
Thanks
Thanks

I developed carpal tunnel syndrome in both wrists last year. It really restricted my dumb bell chest flyes, and all overhead presses. Eventually I was unable to do deadlifts etc either as I lost grip strength. All of this was to do with having tiny wrists, and repetitive work actions and occurred between February and August last year.
I had surgery in October and am now back to full strength. Mine was mainly due to age,
Good luck with yours. I did use wrist support and do exercises to help but still required surgery in the end. :ohwell:0
