How much is too much?!
I eat a lot of fruit throughout my day. I notice a lot of it, like apples and bananas have many calories. However, besides calories they have a lot of sugar. Is eating a lot of fruit really bad for me?

Bike Riding
I am new to bike riding- I bought a cruiser and went on an eight mile ride on Friday. It felt so good and was too fun to be considered exercise. I bough a speedometer today to really calculate my speed. However, MFP told me I burned many calories even at a slow pace. Is this for real?

I dont want to feel like this anymore.
Why is it that when I meet a guy and he does not give me as much attention I panic he is not talking to me because I am FAT? I honestly need so much attention and assurance because I hate myself. I need to learn to gain my confidence back some way some how :-(

Treadmill vs Elliptical
Since I started working out consistently 30-days ago, I only use the elliptical for 60-minutes and sometimes I run on the treadmill for about 5-minutes, but the treadmill hurts my ankles and I feel so great using the elliptical. Which is better for weight loss? I feel great and I can see the change, but I want faster…
