Have I hit a weight loss plateau?
I lost about 10 lbs in the last year and feel great. I have been maintaining by eating about 1300-1500 calories, working out 4-5x per week. I am 148-150 lbs at 5'7" and about 22% body fat. I am currently at 22% body fat. Eating about 1,400 - 1,500 calories per day and going to the gym 5x per week. I suppose it depends on an individual and how their body stores fat, but to see just MINIMAL definition on your abs (not a full six pack) how low does your BF% need to be?
