Monday Oct 13 - weigh in
Morning group! It is rainy and dreary here, but I am excited to get going on another week. This week I lost 3lbs, which means I have lost 13 total so far for this challenge, exceeding my goal of 10. Yeah! Thanks for everyone's support!

Saturday - Oct 11th
I know not a lot of us do weekend goals, but today is my Monday and I want to hold myself accountable. Today I will eat within my calorie goal, leave the cupcakes alone at work and do 30 minutes of cardio when I get home.

Sunday 21st
Morning! Today my goals are to 1) drink only water for beverage choice 2) go to the gym after work 3) resist the temptation of going out to the regular lunch joint with coworkers (because its a delicious place and I always end up eating poorly there)
