I really like the idea of doing weekend goals too! I work on Sat and Sundays so for me its when I try to hunker down and re-focus after giving myself a little slack on Thurs/Fri (my actual weekend).

I lost 4lbs this week, which puts me over my goal for this challenge (which is the first time I've actually met my challenge goal!) I treat myself to "tash" tv when I go to the gym. Sometimes I will intentionally go when the Kardashians or something like that is on. Do you ever find you accidentally slow your pace down when watching?
