2 parts: 1. Am I blind, can't seem to find any Crossfit-type work out or HITT workout listed under exercise lists - please advise. 2. Yet, playing a musical instrument is listed, wtf?! And I don't want to hear how playing an instrument is a work out unless you are in a marching band.
I have been working out using the Biggest Loser Wii (which I love) but there are a ton of push-ups and planks which I can do without issue but the next day I have serious breath-catching pain in my wrists. Any thoughts, work arounds or alternatives? I am really motivated but the pain is insane and not worth doing serious…
