30 Day Shred Motivation... Or lack thereof.
Today is day three for my 30 Day Shred. My body just hurts everywhere and I'm dreading today's workout. Please tell me it gets better/more tolerable/worthwhile. I don't feel like doing anything today but I know if I don't I will feel so guilty. :(

Am I doing this right, or am I just paranoid?
I'm new to calorie counting and keeping a food/exercise journal. I *think* I have properly prepared myself (using an activity tracker and a heart rate monitor) and I *think* I am logging accurately (measuring and weighing every single thing I put in my mouth, making better food choices)... but all these numbers overwhelm…

Threw up? Count the calories anyway? Eat more?
So I must have had something that disagreed with me, because I threw up about an hour after eating dinner, but felt totally fine afterwards. How long does it take for food to digest? Do I need to count those calories anyway or scratch them and eat more to make up for what I lost? Or count a portion of them?
