Anyone tried FitBit? I'm dying to get the new Flex band, in Teal!! Doesn't come out until Spring of this year (kind of vague), but it has so many awesome features that I've been wanting to track all in one device! Do any of you that eat paleo/primal/low carb have fiber goals? In general, what is everyone's opinion on how much fiber to eat? Do you find that you need to supplement it (Benefiber, etc.) to meet your desired amount on this type of lifestyle? Thanks!!

Hoping anyone out there who has changed their lifestyle to a paleo/primal and went through any withdrawal symptoms similar to flu? I've read a lot about it on other paleo/primal sites (MDA e.g.).
