Good protein shake without added crap?
My husband and I have been using Syntha-6 protein powder for a while now, and I just read that it has Acesulfame potassium in it, which apparently is not a good thing.. Anyone have thoughts on this ingredient, and can anyone recommend a better protein powder that is free of this and still tastes good? thanks!

Ran my first 5k!
I was soooo nervous about running my first 5k this past weekend since I have only finished Week 3 day 2 of C25K. Well, I did it, and I finished under my goal! I've been doing it all WRONG for years...
Some one please correct me if I'm wrong - but if my goal calories is 1200/day, and I burn 400 by exercise, I should eat back all 400 calories?! All this time I was thinking the bigger the deficit the better! I didn't realize that I was supposed to be at 1200 even with working out.

Breathing!
Hey all! I'm starting week 3 tomorrow, and I am having a hard time controlling my breathing. I feel like if I could get that down, then this would be much easier for me! Any tips?
