pace for C25K
I am on day 2 of C25K right now I am doing it on a treadmill, I have not run in over 30 years and just quit smoking a few months ago so I am not in the greatest cardio shape. Right now I am doing the walk part a 3 and the run at 5. My question is are these good paces? what paces do you all recommend? Thanks in advance…

Understanding BMR and how to use it to lose weight
I have my BMR from using a InBody machine it is 1483 I am 5'6", my weight is 218.2, age is 44, my body fat is 48% weight 104.7, my Skeletal muscle mass is 62.8 pounds, lean muscle mass is 113.5 pounds I am lost in understanding how to use all of this for effective weight loss So any help understand is welcome Thanks Crystal

New and looking for active friends
