Hey all...Just starting mfp again was wildly successful a few years ago, but have since slipped so I am back! I am a forty something wife and mamma to 5 (ages 10-18). I love to run and bike and walk and hike and... Would love to have some friends accompany me on this journey

Day 1...again
Stepped on the scale this morning only to find I'm at a 10 year high! I did mfp in 2014-2015 and was wildly successful...so here I am....again....Need to figure out a way to make it stick this time. I hate counting calories as it feels too much like a diet, but I need to do something to get my weight back under control.

What are your favorite protein bars?
I'm doing fairly well on getting protein. I usually get close to my protein goal, but I sometimes feel like I need just a little extra something to get me those last few grams to get to my goal.
