I got a two month gym membership for my birthday and I want to utilizes it to the best potential of losing the most weight possible. Any suggestions on a beginner work out routine or gym tips in general? I am 5'2 177lbs and I have not have a great sweat pouring workout in a LONG time.
How do you determine the calories of a home made juice in a juicer. Does each fruit/veggy keep its calorie value or since the meat of them is filtered out is the calories less? Todays juice was 4 carrots and 10 strawberries (medium size) how would I track that?

Do you guys track food based on the 24 hour clock or base it off of when you wake up and fall asleep? For example last night before I went to bed at midnight I had pizza. Do I track that as yesterdays food or todays?
