Do you guys track food based on the 24 hour clock or base it off of when you wake up and fall asleep?

For example last night before I went to bed at midnight I had pizza. Do I track that as yesterdays food or todays?

I usually track based on when I wake up/go to sleep. In the long run, it will all pretty much even out I guess.

I do 24 hours. It is easier for me that way. I work graveyard though. It is just a choice as to what works best for you personally.

Log it on the day you eat it, and perhaps just tally your calories weekly ? Seeing your weekly tally of calories is a nice feature of the app.

I add it to the previous night

( Then I don't have to look at it all day lol )

I am in nursing school, work nights/ long shifts a lot, so I track in a 24hr period but an odd one! I track from about 5am - 4:59am. I set it up as my meal names, its easier for me because there are days I eat the bulk of my food (between 12pm and 2am) and other days like when I have school I eat the bulk between 5am - 8pm it all depends on my schedule but it changes enough that I don't like having "yesterdays" calories on today :P It took me a while to figure that part out but I love how I have it set up now!

Just my opinion hope it helps!! :)

Depends on my sleep schedule. Before sleep = the day before. Waking up at night and eating does not happen to me. If it did, I'd probably count it as the next day.
