Always have this for breakfast now 50g oats 1scoop of whey protein 2 wholemeal slice breads 4-6 egg whites 1 yolk 3 tsb of cinnamon 2 Slices of bacon (optional) fills me up for a good 3-4 hours, add some honey or maple syrup aswell if you like.
i joined this app a couple of weeks ago just to cut down my calories for summer :) looking to drop down to 60-62 kg then maintain until christmas when i start bulking :)
