Does yoga burn calories?
I'm thinking about doing a yoga class at school and I think it would be great to stay healthy an help reduce stress but I was wondering If it actually burnt any calories because it seems like I would hardly burn more than 10.

Just Dance on wii
So just dance has these sweat points and I was wondering if anyone knew how many calories 10 sweat points equals? I looked around and it seemed to be something like 4.5 per sweat point but I find that quite unrealistic and I was wondering if anyone knew. I'm a 5'3, 112lb girl.
