What to eat AT the gym
So.. I know there are a bunch of protein shakes and protein bars and what not, I'm just going to be spending a while at the gym today and would like to know what are good things to eat to re-energize quickly that of course doesn;t have a bunch of sugar and all that... Thanks!!

I just came back from Lake Powell and it was awesome, but I also came back with 4lbs more than what I was. I know to gain a pound you have to eat 3500 extra calories and with wakeboarding, water skiing, knee boarding and a bunch of swimming I know I didnt eat those calories and I had plenty of activity going on throughout…

Water Weight
Whats the best way to loose water weight fast? Currently I'm drinking minimum 1gallon of water a day. Haven't seen a difference yet, so I think I'm doing something wrong. Of course, I'm excersising a bunch and eating healthy as well.

When is it too late to eat??
Help!! i need help deciding what to do after a workout. I'm not able to get off work 'til 7pm. after that I go straight to the gym, by the time I get home its about 9:30PM and of course I don't want to eat that late, so i just go to sleep. I know I'm suppose to eat after a workout.. but what to do?!?!?! Any ideas?

I'm debating on buying these shoes to use on treadmill mostly and general workout. Does anyone have some advise for these shoes? Are they worth it? Or would they work for what I;m looking to get them for.
