everytime I start a diet , I succed in losing the 5-7 kg I feel I need to lose , but eventually I stop when I reach my plateau and after 5-6 months I end up getting it back (and then some). I guess I have to stay on a diet for all my life ....anybody else experience this trend !!??
HI , I joined 6 weeks ago and I am on a diet from 80 kg to (hopefully) 70 kg ...I was wondering if there is a way to output a txt or better yet xls files to integrate the data in my excel file to track weight loss?? bye
