excel chart to track calories

HI , I joined 6 weeks ago and I am on a diet from 80 kg to (hopefully) 70 kg ...I was wondering if there is a way to output a txt or better yet xls files to integrate the data in my excel file to track weight loss??

Output what, your weight loss, your meals, what? Either way I don't know the answer. I am pretty sure you can't download your info in xls form. The best you can probably do is also just log the info in to excel.0

No there isn't... but there REALLY REALLY needs to be for all the excel nerds out there (me included)0

Ain't that the truth--I know ASM is the king on this, but I do quite well with MS Access and Excel and VB mods. I'd like to jack with data and drill down more granularly then this reporting tool does.
But as my fiancee tells me, "Hey what do you want, it's free. If you want more and you think there is market share, get with a developer and create an app that odbc accesses their database and give them a piece of the pie..."0 -
