Alternating Exercise Routine
Hello all :) Personally I have some favourite machines at the gym. So how often should one alternate exercise routines and what should that entail? All comments would be much appreciated :)

My eating habits are not great, being a smoker (looking to quit soon) I tend to skip breakfast, not eat much during the day and then have a large meal and snacks in the evening. Efficient Workout?
Hi guys, So I'm new to the whole gym thing. At present I am doing 3 sessions per week, 30 mins cardio and 30 mins strength 3x12. I also walk to the gym and back, all together 90 mins. Is this enough to tone up? and how long untill i see some results?
