The People Who Notice What You Eat

Hello. I signed up yesterday and would love to hear about others' journey... I have a long term goal of 60 lbs. broken down into 1 lb. per week until I can get active again. A little frustrated because I keep injuring myself and hoping weight loss will reduce the number of occurrences.
