Is 1,200 calories enough for someone who is 5'9 & 205 pounds? Im looking to lose weight. I dont want to end up binging on foods because im not getting enough
How can i actually eat under my caloric intake & not crave anymore? What are meals that will satisfy me, but will still have me under my daily goal? I dont follow any type of diet, i just eat what i want but it doesn't work.
