How can i actually eat under my caloric intake & not crave anymore? What are meals that will satisfy me, but will still have me under my daily goal? I dont follow any type of diet, i just eat what i want but it doesn't work.

    You can modify your current meals for lower calorie swaps. For example, swap full calorie bread for low calorie wraps or whole grain bread. Swap noodles for zucchini noodles, shiritaki noodles or spaghetti squash. Sub in low-fat cheeses. If you like chips and can't give them up, get the baked version. Use almond milk instead of normal milk. Small changes like these add up and will put you under your calorie intake.
