Salty meal last night - weight gain this morning- aarrgghh
Had a very salty meal last night, drank tons of water before bed, and this morning my weight was up TWO miserable pounds any suggestions of how to get it off fast? I've lost only seven pounds in over two months of hard, hard exercise and calorie counting.

low impact 30-Day Shred?
I'd like to give the 30-day Shred a try but, due to a severe foot injury, I can't do anything with impact. What should I do during the jumping jacks, etc? I have an elliptical - should I just jump on it and go like crazy, or do the arm punches? Anyone have any ideas?

Need help figuring out this calorie thing..
I've been dieting for 60 days, have lost only six pounds in all that time.
