Having trouble losing weight so need some helpful advice. Do i cut carbs, fat or calories. Very conflicting and no idea which is best? I have been doing my spinning classes and walking on a treadmill but i am not losing any weight, i am actually gaining. I have been execising for a year but got back into it seriously the last month and have put on 1/2 stone. Im not eating any worse but not any better either what am i doing wrong?
