Having trouble losing weight so need some helpful advice.
Do i cut carbs, fat or calories. Very conflicting and no idea which is best?
I eat a very high carb diet as i dont like veg or salads at all so need filling up. I have actually put on weight since i started exercising which is frustrating
Anyone any tips or helpful info? Need to lose 3 stone

^This is the best place to start.
I also really like these two:

The short answer is that cutting calories is what's necessary for weight loss. Lowering carbs or fat may help some people stay in a calorie deficit, but neither is necessary for weight loss, but both have a place in a healthy diet.0
