I have been doing my spinning classes and walking on a treadmill but i am not losing any weight, i am actually gaining. I have been execising for a year but got back into it seriously the last month and have put on 1/2 stone. Im not eating any worse but not any better either

You are either eating more than your maintenance calories or you're retaining water from the exercise. Bodies flood sore muscles with fluid to help cushion and repair them, which can cause jumps and stalls on the scale when you start a new routine or increase an old one.

If you're not already, start tracking your food to help find out which one it is.

You lose weight by eating at a deficit, not just by adding exercise. Calculate your TDEE and eat -15%. Doesn't mean you should stop exercising or anything, but you can't rely on it to make you lose weight. Food = weight, exercise = health. Good luck!
