Hi! I was just wondering if counting macros works if you have a lot of weight to lose (50 lb.). I see many body builders use it. Thoughts? Thanks!

Good morning! I do not have a smart phone therefore I don't have the MFP application....so I was wondering when do all of you log your food? At night, the day before, do you write in your journal and log it later??? Thanks! :-)

Still overweight by BMI standards?

Woud you mind sharing with me how you determine what your mini-goal is? In other words, if you set your mini goal for 5 pounds by X date, what time frame do you give yourself and how do you know you won't fail?

Please help me zig zag!
I am having a bit of a problem figuring out to calculate my daily calories bhy zig zagging them. I have 1890 calories per day for normal activity, with a 500 calorie deficit (1 lb. loss per week), leaving me with 1390 calories per day, plus any exercise calories I burn. How do I figure out the zig zag? Help! Thanks! :smile:

Help w/ workout schedule please!

My current workout schedule goes a little something like this -- Monday -- Combat Tuesday -- Cross Train (weights, resistance bands, cardio, etc.) Wednesday -- Combat or off Thursday -- Body Pump (weight class) Friday -- Step Aerobics I am trying to figure out when to incorporate weight training. Any suggestions?…
