Help w/ workout schedule please!

Hi!! My current workout schedule goes a little something like this --

Monday -- Combat

Tuesday -- Cross Train (weights, resistance bands, cardio, etc.)

Wednesday -- Combat or off

Thursday -- Body Pump (weight class)

Friday -- Step Aerobics

I am trying to figure out when to incorporate weight training.

Any suggestions? TIA!!! :smile:
