Back after baby!
I lost 19 lbs last spring/summer on mfp, now I've re-started my diet after having a baby girl 3 weeks ago! I'm excited to get back into shape & lose the baby weight!

confused on calorie intake... help please!
My doctor put me on a 1200 calorie/ day diet. Does that mean I should eat 1200 calories total? Or 1200 net calories? I'm asking because it seems when I work out & eat only 1200 calories total, I am starving! I did that last week & lost 2.2 lbs. If I'm supposed to intake 1200 calories & burn 300 calories from exercise,…
