Fitbit question
I bought a Fitbit one today. It works great on the walking and elliptical I did today. But I am trying to figure out how to use it for weight lifting and swimming. Can I just take of the fitbit during the activity,wear my heart rate monitor to get the number of calories burned and enter that number on mfp?

Weight lifting on vacation
I took up weight lifting a couple of months ago and love it. I will be going on vacation soon and don't want to lose momentum. On vacation, I won't have access to weights. I was thinking about getting resistance bands and a dvd to use with them. Does this sound like it would work? Any specific suggestions for what to buy?

I have always used food as a reward and a way to celebrate. Obviously that is changing now. What non-food rewards do you use?
