Does anyone have any tips for mealtimes to make eating less easier? I've noticed that drinking a glass of water before each meal helps me, as well as using smaller plates to make my plate look full. I have only been on MFP for two weeks.....I've stayed under my calorie goal every day except for one. I started with myfitnesspal.com two weeks ago....since then I have lost 4 pounds, which right on track with my 2lb/week goal. It just seems like soooo much hard work and sacrifice for so few pounds.......I'm trying really hard to stay focused and not throw in the towel. I just wish I could see more instant results. *sigh*
