  • I think it is normal to feel hungry for a while after you start watching your calories. If you usually eat 4,000 calories a day, it is going to be hard to adjust to eating just 1,800. Your body will feel deprived for a bit......but I do think this hungry feeling should start easing after a few weeks when you begin…

  • I've been doing MFP for 3 weeks now.....I felt hunger pretty much 24/7 the first week, but it's definitely gotten much easier. I have even found that I get full much faster now.....for me, it was learning to stop eating when I was no longer hungry, not keep eating until I was FULL.
  • Nature's Own 100% Whole Wheat.....50 calories a slice...super soft and the flavor is sooo good.
  • Going to the gym is great, but I understand having a lack of time or energy to do that. One thing I have learned with MFP is that it is easy to squeeze in some "exercise". That kitchen floor that needs to be mopped? That's exercise!! You would be surprised and the number of things you can count......I log at least 30-45…
  • I've tried cooking them, using them in casserole type dishes, and eating them raw......I don't really know what it is. It's insane. : (
