55 pounds lost - PICS!
Hey guys, So, my starting weight was around 215 pounds and I got down to 159 in a little over a year. I recently gained a few pounds (up to 167 now) but I'm not too worried about it since I'm back on track with counting calories and whatnot. I'm 5'2 and my goal weight is around 110 - 120 Thanks for looking :)

Hello all! Just wanted to share my before and during pictures. I've lost 56 pounds since I started this journey last summer! I have about 30 to go but I'm feeling pretty good, regardless. Exhausted.
Here's my deal: I only eat around 200 calories for breakfast (cereal, bananas, granola bar, whatever won't make me gag, etc) because I find it almost impossible to stomach anything after I wake up. I usually wait about an hour or two and then force myself to eat. After that, I hop on my elliptical and burn around 300 - 400…
