I just used MFP and exercised about 3x a week. The weight just came flying off!

-
Thank you :) I hope you have as much success as I have on your journey. Feel free to add me on here! I've got another 50 to go, ahhh!

That's what I need to do! I don't do weight training at all :[ I have what I call "Oprah arms". Those big flabby arms that I could fly away with if I shook them hard enough, uggh! Even though I'm in the 160s I still don't wear anything that shows my arms!! After reading this it's motivated me to start strength training.…

Thank you! I never thought I could fit into a dress like that. It's a juniors size large. I actually had to lose about 5 pounds before my friends wedding so I could SIT DOWN in the dress! hahaa

Glad I can be an inspiration! Never thought I'd hear those words (or read them!) Thank you :)

Aw shucks :flowerforyou: thank you!

Thank you! My main pointer for you is to NOT GIVE UP!!!! It's been a hard year and I'm guilty of slacking off here and there but I always got back on track. Just keep counting your calories and get regular FUN exercise!

Actually, I only used my elliptical and some pilates here and there. I have A LOT of toning up to do and I've just recently started.

I hold my weight well, always have! I guarantee you I was 215 pounds!! hahah

You're so pretty! I do see the difference too, great job! Keep it up :)

I know the feeling! I went down a bra size too (not a cup size though, thank god, I'm tiny in that area!) Keep up the great work!

Even at my highest weight I got hit on/checked out but it's increased since I started losing weight. Also, people approach me more. I think it could be because I'm constantly smiling :)

I hit a plateau about two weeks in also... and it lasted 2 weeks! Finally the scale changed and I dropped two pounds but I really have no idea how it happened. Wish I could be of more help!

Sheep heads. It's an Icelandic thing (I'm from Iceland). There is nothing worse than half of a sheep's head staring at you from your dinner plate. Disgusting.

I worked out about an hour ago I'm on the verge of taking a nap. I'm THAT exhausted. Yesterday was the first day in two weeks that I didn't work out and my energy level was fine. I think my problem has a lot to do with the exercise itself. On another note, I'm going to call my doctor tomorrow and get an appointment for a…

I'm going to eat more and check out some vitamins and if I'm still tired, I'll see a doctor. Seeing a doctor is kind of a last resort for me though, as I'm terrified of them.
-
Thank you for all your replies! I've decided that I will definitely eat more during the day and I'm going to see if I can find a multi-vitamin that suits my needs. I've taken vitamins before but most of them gave me some crappy side-effects so I tend to stay away from them.... Once again, thanks everyone!

For dinner I usually have boneless skinless chicken and lots of veggies. I also eat a lot of fish (I blame that on being from Iceland, I LOVE fish!) I like to keep my plate colorful. I don't eat junkfood but I do snack on those 90 calorie weight watcher and fiber one bars. My diet is pretty good, I think.. ha

The first week I had some trouble hitting my 1,200 mark... I was around 500 below. This past week I've tried very hard to eat all of my calories but I'm usually around 200 under. I didn't think it was that much of a big deal but maybe it is?

I've been on this site for two weeks and that's when it started. I was thinking maybe my body isn't used to the exercise yet? I workout 6 times a week for 30 minutes. I'm definitely going to try eating more and hope it makes a difference. Thank you!
-
Don't scare me like that! Hahaha.
-
I'm not hungry, though! I'm not starving myself nor do I deny myself food when I'm hungry. I guess I'll just try to eat more for breakfast and lunch.

I'm right around the corner from you :) I'm in Bucks County! I'd be happy to have you as a friend on here and motivate each other. Feel free to send a request if you want!
