Hi I'm new to MyFitnessPal. I'm from the King of Prussia area looking for support from others in the same location or close by. I'm 22 years old, no children, and gained 40lbs in college. I lost a little over 10lbs so far on the Dukan Diet but it is a little too expensive/constrictive for me.
