I have hit a long plateau, my friends, and I am sick of it - I remember reading a thread earlier where somebody suggested zigzagging calories to "confuse your metabolism" - anyone do this and have any recommendations? This may be a silly question, but why is it ok to be under your calorie goal if you earned exercise calories, but it isn't ok if you didn't earn exercise calories?
