Hi- I am starting today. I have been much more active since moving to a warmer state. I joined the gym and try to go 2x week. ride bike, kayak, walk but am staying the same. I must admit I do eat a couple of cookies a day and low fat ice cream 2-4 times per week. We eat lean meats, veggies and salads. So thought tracking…
I am back and hopeful. It will spring soon and I want to get outside and stop eating !
everytime I go away for a few days, I gain 4-5 pounds and loose it over the next week but it is discouraging. Then I feel like I am right back where I started.
