So I bought the 30 Day Shred a week ago and finally opened it up and did it today! I wanted to cry! But that's beside the point...Does anyone know how I would put that into my exercise diary?? Please help, thanks! :)

How do you stay motivated? I always feel tired and too lazy to go to the gym, but I know that once I get there, I'll have a great workout and feel so much better. sugar help!
Is it bad if I constantly go over on recommended sugar each day? I eat a lot of fruit, but I'm already over 10 and I haven't even eaten dinner yet, but I still have a ton of room to go for all the other things (calories, fat, protein, sodium, etc). Help please!
