Why isn't it working?

Snacks instead of fruit?
Does anyone have any suggestions of low calorie snacks to use instead of fruit? I'm starting to think protein based snacks might be better at keeping hunger at bay...also I am trying to cut down on sugar intake, a lot of which is from the amount of fruit I eat. Any suggestions welcomed thanks :)

Trying to shift baby weight!
Hello all. I have a one year old and have decided to do something about the excess weight I have gained. In fact, I think I almost weigh as much now as when I was 9 months pregnant :( I think it is a combination of eating my son's leftovers, general bad food choices and a lack of exercise. Motivation needed!! x
