Are calories really important?
Everyday when I click "Complete This Entry", after completing my food diary for that day, it says I'm "Eating Too Few Calories" and how it can be considered "Starvation". Is bread really bad?
I am trying to lose another 10 ibs. I diet pretty ok I guess. The problem is I eat my veggies, eggs, and fruit but, I love bread. I can't go 1 day without eating a jelly sandwich, or an egg salad sandwich. I eat it on white bread. Is this affecting my diet by my bread consumption? ~Thanks
