Daughter says wow
So My Hubby and I hiked the other day-ANd My baby took a pic of me. I was so proud cause I felt like I looked good. It has been 18 pounds down 54 more to go. ANd she calls me to tell me how fat I am. Wow-really threw me. But I am attempting not to let it bother me. I have enough stress today as it is.

Hike Versus a Walk
So I walk just about everyday-hard black top for 2 miles then through the woods on a trial to home. But today I went to a state park where I hiked 3.24 miles the trail had a 10% to 27% grade. Not eating enough calories but eating tons
So I just put in todays food-I eat fresh fruits and on fridays I am running so I eat wraps for lunch and Dinner-my total intake will be under 1100 calories. I feel very full and satisfied-I am eating healthy foods so should I increase or just wait another week or two as I am very new to this site. Karen
