Gastric sleeve surgery
My significant other is having the gastric sleeve surgery this month. Has anyone had it and can you give me any suggestions how I can help him or what your outcome has been? I’m doing it the hard way-changing my lifestyle-eating habits and exercise and have lost 22 pounds since starting in April of this year.

Greens to go
Has anyone tried this and what do you think about it? I think you can get it at Costco. One of my friends was reading the comments people have made about it and it sounded really good. I also have Dr. Oz's green drink recipie and another similar one, if anyone wants it.

Made a mistake on entering food
I entered a food-Publix No Sugar Added Orange Sherbert and accidently hit enter before I had all the stats. I couldn't find where I could remove it from the main list. I'll be glad to re-enter it if I can get it removed. It is a real good tasty treat! Thanks.
