Gastric sleeve surgery

My significant other is having the gastric sleeve surgery this month. Has anyone had it and can you give me any suggestions how I can help him or what your outcome has been? I’m doing it the hard way-changing my lifestyle-eating habits and exercise and have lost 22 pounds since starting in April of this year.

    My uncle had lap band surgery and has lost 140+ over the last year, he has had no problem, but I know there can be some major problems with any of these type of surgeries. The best advice I have is to just stick with the diet the doctor gives him.

    Good for you for working hard to get the weight off. Keep up the good work
