Hi everyone, i just started my c25k program today after a month of excuses lol I managed day 1 wk1 ok i'm actually looking forward to Wednesdays session now :-)

Run buddy app?
Hi all, I've just purchased the zen labs run buddy app it was on 69p so thought I'd give it a go as it's runs alongside c25k. Anyone else tried it? I'll be giving it a test run tomorrow and report on how I feel it worked :)

Hi ya, has anyone else tried this app to run alongside c25k. Have just downloaded it to try as it's only 69p :) Any advice on how it will work with the c25k? Also let me know if it's any good ( prob should have asked before I bought) lol

Hello my names Valerie or val i'm not fussed lol finally got off my backside today and started my c25k (after a month of excuses) actually went well and looking forward to Wednesdays session. Anyone else just started c25k? be great to have friends to share this experience with :-)
