Hi guys, So I got two weeks in and the inches have fallen off but I have missed 5 days if insanity now for various reasons. I'm thinking of finishing this week by doing the "fast and furious " insanity for the remainder of the week then start week 3 on Monday. Is this the way to go do you think or should I just start again…

Hi All, I'm just about to start Insanity and am new to this site and am a little confused. I've put my lifestyle down as "sedentary" as I work in an office so my recommended calories are 1500 ish. Should I be putting a more active life style down for when I start my Insanity workouts on Monday? 1500 seems low as it would…
