25 Pounds in 55 Days ... HELP!
Does anyone have any sound advice for a person who has a goal of losing 25 pounds in a little less than two months with a 1200 calorie/day intake goal and bad feet (tendonitis.) Huh, anyone??? :sad:

Is anyone else feeling deserted on MFP? Save a few, all my friends have made a mass exodus from the sight. How oftern should we weigh-in? I was weighing in weekly but a peer at work told me I should weigh-in daily.
