Been here about a week
Hi Everyone, Everyone has been really nice and greatly encouraging so far. I think this keeping track of calories, weight and exercise activities is really going to help. Today my weight was down by 2lbs. from last week. That's amazing to me. Thanks to the girls at work for recommending this site. Blessings to all!
