Too much time at the gym?
If I go to the gym five times a week and I go for one to two hours each day Do you think the people at the gym will think I have no life? I can do other things, I just want to get in shape, fast. Should I go less?

How long will it take me to lose 20lbs?
If I exercise 5 hours a week, doing 1hour Zumba classes and I eat 1,300 to 1,600 calories a day, How long until I will lose 20lbs? I weigh 172lbs and my goal is 150ish

Helpful advice for those bored with the gym
Join a Zumba class! I could never find the motivation to work out and it was always so boring for me. Then I found Zumba. They play music, and you're dancing with a whole group of people. It's a great place to make friends and it's fun! It's usually an hour long but the time flys and so does your work out!
